Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment Sales
Permanent role

We are currently looking for a a trainee sales recruitment consultant to join the team at Swiss ELS. The role itself involves extensive sales both over the telephone and in person, a fully structured training programme is in place to enable you to achieve this. You would be joining a successful, established team and would be responsible for the following duties, which would include but not limited to:

– Conduct sales activity and develop both existing and new business
– Work closely with clients to develop relationships
– Working within a busy, target driven environment
– Manage and assess new candidate registrations
– Search proactively for candidates with potential by using a number of media including job boards and networking sites
– Analyse and match client requirements with suitable candidates
– Build close and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates by providing excellent customer service
– Network with candidates to obtain new names, client information and sales leads
– Ensure that company is made aware of any client requirements in a timely manner
– Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates
